What are your delivery charges?
🚚 Standard Delivery
Standard delivery applies to orders delivered using our own transport within a 100-mile radius of YO26 8AQ.
- Free delivery on all orders over £1,750
- £95 delivery charge for orders between £500 – £1,750
- Orders under £500 are collection only
📦 Delivery Requirements
- Please allow 10–14 working days’ notice for all deliveries
- Payment must be received at least 2 working days before delivery
- Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your delivery
If you have any bespoke requirements, please let us know when placing your order.
⏱️ Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver within 10–14 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:
- Current delivery schedules
- Availability and sourcing of stock (both internal and external)
⛽ Temporary Fuel Surcharge (April 2026)
At Johnsons Nurseries, we remain committed to delivering the high standards of quality and reliability our customers expect.
Due to a 35% increase in fuel costs since early March, we have introduced a temporary adjustment to our delivery charges.
- A 3% fuel surcharge will apply to all deliveries
- Effective from Monday, 20th April
This surcharge is in place solely to help offset increased transportation costs while maintaining our service standards.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will remove the surcharge as soon as fuel prices stabilise.
