Due to Brexit stipulations, there is a requirement for additional plant health checks abroad, and at the nursery, this legislation also involves additional paperwork, which unfortunately results in extra time being required on any orders where stock is purchased from abroad.
As I am sure you will also appreciate, we have a limited amount of space on our nursery, and so more stock is grown with our contract growers within the UK and abroad, which can also result in delays on orders.
Therefore, we would like to gauge your opinion of our current time scales to improve our delivery service.
